I contacted this company after hearing an advertisement on the radio. We were expanding our business to a new area and their sales pitch sounded perfect for our needs, they would provide us with a professional phone answering service that would act as our virtual receptionist.

My salesmans name was Sean and he was good at what he does. He filled me full of promises and told me about success stories. He told me he could have me up and running by the end of the day if I hurried and registered online. He even said that they had a promotion going on in my area that would waive the set up fee ($100), which supposedly ended the day before, but he would give it to me anyhow. When I questioned him on the phone activation being ready that day he told me that corporate has him promise 24-48 hours but it usually is done by the end of the day. So I decided to go ahead and sign up.

Fast forward 7 days and 5 unanswered phone calls and several emails later my phone service had still not been activated. So I did what anyone else in my shoes probably would have done, I sent off an email to MaryEllen, who was supposedly the COO, demanding that they cancel my account and refund my money. I followed that email up with a phone call to my salesman and he assured me that MaryEllen would issue a refund and cancel my account by the end of the day.

So now three months later, I find out that not only did they not refund my first money and cancel my account but they have continued to charge my credit card fraudulently for the past 3 months totaling now, $300. So now I was determined to get MaryEllen, the COO on the phone. When finally was able to speak to her she acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my phone call and when I explained my situation to her she told me that she would look into it and gather the details and get back to me by the end of the next business day.

Now I know this sounds like a broken record being that I was told several times now that somebody would get back with me the next business day, but as of this report, which is by the way 3 days now past the 24 hours promised, I have not heard from MaryEllen or seen the refund processed on my account. To that end I informed MarryEllen of my intent to file complaints with the BBB and other media sites her response was to "go for it"

Ive been more than patient with this company and my recommendation to anyone trying to start a small business or finds the need for a virtual office to look elsewhere!
