We purchased 2 preventitave maintance agreements from them and a new ac system. We are a small indepentdant dog rescue. After 1 year our system has failed and they are blaming the dogs. They did not tell us of any issues that may arrise from the dogs when installing. They said they would install the new part for free if I bought the part. First they overcharged us for the new system by 2000.00 and now they are trying to overcharge us for the part by about 500.00. Then they said they were charging for part, labor, and materials, this after they said they would install for free. They have caused me problems with local law enforcement trying to have me shut down my dog rescue, all which have failed. This is the worst company ever. They have been accused of employing ex convicts, all of which I am sure you would love to have in your home. The manager's do not return phone calls, or even try to help the little guy. Yet they give 500,000 to the Phx Zoo all to divert attention to their previous name of American Home Services which had the same business practices. I beg you all to never use this company because if you do you will pay a huge price.

I am not a narrow minded Jackass. I don't have any problems with ppl having a past and redeeming themselves. I do however have a problem with ppl who have committed crimes against ppl and ppl not knowing about it and letting them into their homes. Along with working for a company that continually rips ppl off. We all have pasts and hopefully we have all learned from them, I know I have. I don't think your personal attack was called for when that was not even the subject matter. It is apparent that you have too much time on your hands to attack somebody who is looking for help and to warn others about a terrible company.

Where I understand you are having a issue and can sympathize. I am HIGHLY disturbed at your comment about criminals. EVERYONE deserves a second chance. Even ppl who have gone to jail. Its called redemption. Its about getting them back out into society and being productive members again. You comment was hurtful to that group and only goes to show how much of a prude you are. I pray that one day you are faced with that same level of hostility and distrust simply because you made a mistake. Narrow minded jackasses like you make me sick. You should be ashamed of yourself for that comment.
