Orange Future They won't refund my $199 Los Angeles California

I was misled by this companies services. I was told my a rep that if I paid $199 I would get listings to foreclosures off there website. The $199 was to pay for the legal and document fees to transfer the title of the house in my name regardless of my credit it was simply based on my job income. I get on the website and find out you have to pay for multiple searches and you must solicit these people who are under foreclosure with a letter. Only if the homeowner agrees can you get into the home. I called and cancelled that Monday 5/14/2008 ...orignally I called that saturday but the guy told me I have to call customer service but my money is fully refundable. I was told they would invesitage and get back to me within 48hours. I called back and they said they reviewed the call and would agree to give me the money back on my card and it could take up to 30 days. Long story short I called at least once a week up to the 30th day June 16th. BIG SHOCK...I don't have my money. I filed a complaint w/ the BBB couple weeks ago and the FTC today. I filed a dispute with my bank and thankfully PNC temporarily gave me my $199 back.

This place is a joke. I even went as far as to write letter to Mike Powers who I was told was the president and no call back. Everytime I call there somehow they have no record or my previous call. An alleged manager Midge there told me I was confused during one conversation and that I was guranteed my money by 6/16/2008. I called her back after they day had expired and she doesn't know what the holdup is and won't give me the number to the refund department. DOn't use this company they are not legit.
