On June 21, 2008, my daughter Jennifer performed in her First Recital. Melanie Campbell from Orangecrest Dance will NOT give us our DVD's.
Between e-mails, phone calls and in person messages left for her, Melanie will not return them.
She was to give this DVD to us due to their 5th Anniversary (I kept flyer she gave us stating this). But actually, we were not to paid for the first two tickets for recital per her contract and we did paid for them. It was fine due to she was giving us the DVD's.
Melanie maded a mistake and forward a e-mail to me from Dacy Nottingham person who recorded for her (dated December 9, 2008) stating that she had not paid him for June's Recital DVD's and if she needed more time he was willing to work some out. She lie to us telling us that they were paid for and he kept sending her broken DVD's.
This company now has the nerve to be doing another recital this June yet has not given us our DVD from last year! (Watch out clients she might rip you off too).
I just want what is owed to us. We never missed a payment nor a class even though she cancel several classes due to she was LOCK -OUT from her previous location for NON-PAYMENT to owner.

We will never have to deal with you again. How dare to steal that precious moment from us and her family. Step up and stop ignoring us and be a professional business person and give us what we are entitled to. Melanie has never apologized to any of the parents for her bad business practice. Please help us get our DVD.
We also reported her BBB but yet have she done anything nor contact us. She needs to learn that she cannot RIP-OFF paying clients.
