orangemika / XentecHID (Brian Chu allegedly) Scamming thief on ebay Walnut California

I bought two sets of their HID conversion kits (eBay auction # 270407261624). They took a week to arrive, 2 out of 4 ballast were DOA. I contacted them for replacement, immediately responded and shipped 2 ballast. 5 days later I get the ballast and only one works. I contact them again and they send more ballast. In 45 days I had 8 bad ballast. I ask for an RMA so I could return the kits due to VERY poor quality. For almost three weeks they refused to give me an RMA, just kept insisting that I give them an address to ship the replacement ballast to. Finally made a complaint through eBay. two days later they sent me an email instructing me to return the items and include the auction#, eBay userid, phone number etc. I returned everything I had including the last new ballast the sent me, still unopened. Two weeks later nothing! No one seems to care that his person is low down thief selling junk and not honoring the warranty, except the people who are being ripped off.
