Ok thanks i am just confsed as it says credits and not a currency so i wante dto know what my actual ppmwas here.

Credit page 29.99 credits -  £25.00 G.B.P 

All rates are inline and upto date with current current currecny conversion.

WAIT 

I do accounts and hell im sure thats wrong (checks conversion $29.99 = £18.00)

Contact admin to say your rates are well out.

Admin - our rates are not they we convert from Euro you pay in your own currency but we convert from Euro.

Now I amreally confused they chare in dollars i can pay in pounds but the conversion in euro (which incidentall was also way out)

Asked a U.S.A customer 29.99 charged at $29.99 no euro conversion their 

Member enters froma different country not the usa  29.99 costs $45.00

Thats a mark up on costs $15.00if you are not in the U.S.A 

They get away wth this because they use the term credits in the chat rooms and packages. Their advisers set rates in $ and tell their clients it is $ 

In truth if you rin usa you will pay n $ and you will get $ and understand what rate your paying

Eg usa - reader $1.99  package 29.99  cost $29.99 length reading 15 minutes pay per min $1.99  happy chappy

RIPPED OFF IF YOUR OUTSIDE USA

Eg UK - reader $1.99 package 29.99 cost $42.00 (£25) length reading 15 minutes pay per min $2.70c :-( 

Or

they just take the $12.00 becaus ethey sure do not pay the expert half of the 70c 

So they charge extra to their non usa customers. Iappreciate currency conversion rates but if you choose a global busness lets play fair to everyone.

RESOLUTION

either state on the top up page that $29.99 is converted to Euro then converted to GBP becuse were a bunch of idiots that opened up a webiste when our currency is euro choose to charge in dollars and allow you to pay in GBP and have no idea how to run accounts. But their not really all this as explanation of cost is just to hdie fact they rip you off.

Or they need to tell their psychics their rate is not usd and credits-which I figure they will not want to do as they will  have to adjust what they pay advisers in credit terms and not $ 

every clinet that has used oranum has paid 1/3 more for a reading i know costs are involved when it comes to currency but these guys are raking the money in.  dothey really have to charge the clients ike this to? 

Are they not bound to say what conversion their using on the payment page.....with these kind charges you never really know what your ppm rate is do you ?
