When hired to work for oranum I was given a packet that gave the "training materials" ---everything I had to accomplish to become an "expert" (make more than .49 cents a minute). When I had finished all requirements, I asked to be upgraded to expert. I was then told I had to make $400.00 in two weeks during the training. This was never mentioned to me, is not in the training packet. Also, since I did not meet all the requirements (the 400$ nobody told me about) they refused to pay me. Months later, they still refuse to pay me, and since I cant quit my full time job for them, I will never be able to make the $400 requirement. Nor do I care to try.

I am not confused, misinformed, or the only one. I know 4 people they have done this too. Thats why you see so many people work there for two weeks, and then vanish. I am sure they never get paid either. They need to be investigated, and shut down for fraud. Its no mistake they are located in Russian and hire 95% of their employees from the US. They are avoiding charges due to international boundaries.

 Sorry this is very incorrect.

I have work here for over two years under the name of ESTHERLIBRA and I have been paid over the period of this time accordingly.

Yes you are correct that is hard to make money there and Free Chat can take up a lot of your time if you allow it.

The big problem now is that there are too many readers in my opinion and this is making is harder to make money, so YES you are correct, a lot do leave.

 

However my view is when it is convenince for me to sit down for an hour at a time I will log and at the same time do other computer work. 

 

However you are incorrect - the company does pay it's readers.

First of all, please allow us to apologise you for the inconveniences you may had in this matter. As well, we would clarify on some of the things you have mentioned in your post:

- No matter if you are a new or old Psychic on Oranum, you get your payouts as per the followings: After you have collected more than the Minimum Payout Limit (you can set it between 100 and 1,000 USD), we send out your money.

- This means that, if you work on Oranum and you reach this limit, you will get your money FOR SURE. This rule is included on the following places of Oranum.com: In the Service Provider Agreement that you have accepted; the Training Materials that you have received during the training process; under Psychic Center > Knowledgebase > Payout Support menu.

- The "Expert Level" you have mentioned has nothing to do with your payouts. We mark the Psychics with the "Expert" title, if they fit to certain requirements. One of these requirements includes, that the Psychic has to earn at least 200 USD over a 2 weeks period (what clearly shows that he/she has returning, satisfied Clients). We believe that these requirements helps us to provide our Clients with the best possible Psychics.

- "since I cant quit my full time job for them, I will never be able to make the $400 requirement" Please allow us to remind you, that you don't have a full time job at Oranum, as we do not hire people as emloyees. Furthermore, you can ask for an account closure at ANY TIME sending an e-mail to help@Oranum.com. Include in this message your account number, and our colleagues will close your account and send out all the money left on your account.

It does not belong to the topic, neither it does affect your case, but just to make sure everyone has the correct information: Oranum does not have offices in Russia, we are headquartered in Portugal. Portugal is part of the EU, therefore we apply to all international boundaries. And yes, we hire our Psychics mostly from the US, as we are specialised on the English speaking countries.

We believe that reading our reply, it is obvious that for some reason the information that we provided to you, has been mixed up. We would be happy to sort out this matter either here, or in a private e-mail communication (as you did not include your account name here, please contact us at help@Oranum.com).
