Orchard Bank ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

Orchard Bank is the biggest rip off scam I have seen. You apply for the card online or via regular mail or 800#. They'll tell you your approved and youll be contacted by a rep in 10-14 days. In the mean time they start mailing you other offers for "platinum cards". When you dont receive your call from the rep.... you call and they tell you its still being processed. Meantime, in the mail youll receive a letter stating they need to verify your mailing address and ask you to submit a copy of a phone bill... then you wait and wait for the original call that still never comes. you call and they tell you the same sad story about its being processed. You receive yet another letter about proving you are who you say you are and they would like you to send a copy of any other credit card statement in your name you may have. So finally i got pissed and called them up asking whats the story here. I AM me. So they tell you they have to ask you a couple questions to verify "you" are the actual person applying. They ask you questions they state are public record items. Every question they ask should pertain to you personally and you answer one of three multiple choice answers. Not one of the questions had anything to do with me or anything I would have knowledge about. You answer the correct answer or say "does not pertain to me". Naturally every question of the say 5-6 they asked the answer was "does not pertain to me". Wouldnt you know they told me they would send me their response in 5-7 days. Lo and behold, i was denied.

I was furious and called up and got a snotty witch that said since i didnt answer the questions properly they denied me due to the fact i wasnt the one applying. B. S. I asked her where the hell they got those questions from in the first place and she said they pertain to me and its public record and if i was really me, i would know the right answer. That is the biggest scam going. BEWARE. I think they get your information and sell it. I told the lady why would i send in my copy of a phone bill, and keep calling to check the status if i wasnt me. They suck. stay away from orchard bank and any affiliations they might have to lure your personal information from you.
