Organix CBD Powerlinema Charged my credit card for $79.95 for cbd oil, when ad said that it cost a $4.95. Wilmington California

They promote ordering a free trial bottle of their oil if you pay only a $4.95 shipping fee. Then 14 days later you find a charge for $79.95 on your credit card. When you call to say that you didn't order that they tell you that when you ordered the trial bottle you signed up for a monthly shipment and corresponding charge. That is what they say their contract is that you signed up for when you ordered. However, there is nothing prominently on the order page to indicate that and after talking to them to request a refund, I again looked at the order page and if you click on "terms and provisions" at the very bottom of the page, hidden in a line with their copyright, etc., they spell out their contract that you supposedly just agreed to.

It's obviously a very effective scam! Also, while on the phone with the customer service agent, he tried multiple time to lower the product cost to keep sending it to me on auto ship. (Which I never authorized to begin with!) So they just ripped off a Disabled Veteran coping with chronic pain right before Christmas. Please have nothing to do with this company or product. I have been using cbd oil for a few years now, and this was the first product that gave me excruciating headaches. I still have 3/4 of the bottle left just sitting on my kitchen counter.
