Orkin Pest control High pressure sales, Threatning to void contract, deceptive sales procedure, ect! Topeka, Kansas

I'm writing this report about Orkin Pest Control service report.   Today, Oct 10,2011, I had a service tech from Orkin stop by our home for a termite inspection (I've had Orkin for quite a number of years) and upon entering the crawl space he asked if we were interested in insulating under the floor and we aid no!   Then he said we had discolored wood, indicating water leakage (our home was rebuilt in 1961-61 using used lumber after a tornado) and told us we would have to contract them (Orkin) to spray coat the wood under the whole house (I refused a estimate) !   He then said we would have 30 days to decide or Orkin would void our contract!   I first started with Orkin with a $85 payment per year and now it's up to nearly $200.   Now they or he want me to pay even more to get this other service done.   I'm a senior citizen living on Social Security and I can't afford to spend any mor money on Pest control!  We do have water from under the floor in the basement but not in the crawl space!  And we have a sub-floor sump pump to handle the water seepage in the basement.  Water doesn't reach the floor joist in the ceiling of the basement!  If anyone reads this and wants to answer my letter please do so!   I will probably go ahead and cancel my contract with Orkin because of this instance.   I don't do business with this type of company!   All the faults this service tech reported was in existence when I originally contracted with the company, so this high pressure salesman can just take a flying leap!   Thanks for hearing me out!
