 I was a patient with Orlando Diabetes and Endocrine Specialists with Drs. Kimberley Bourne and Julie Bauer and Krista Brown.

This office is managed very chaotically.  The doctors, office manager (Greg), and majority of the very young staff treat patients disrespectfully.  They don’t seem to care about the well-being of their patients. If you search other websites, you will see a lot of complaints against them.  I would absolutely advise others to find a different Endocrinologist if you want professional, competent treatment.

They do not return phone calls, even for critical situations dealing with insulin.  You will wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room and then they will rush you through your appointment in 3 minutes.  It's a very unprofessional and incompetent office.  One word of advice: Avoid!
