On 9/28/15 my wife & I went to Orlando Kia East to purchase a car we had seen on their internet site.  We test drove the car, filled out the paperwork.  I have no credit since I owned a business for 30 yrs. so my daughter, who has excellent credit, co-signed with me.  I was approved they even did a big deal of hitting this gong in the show room when people get a car.  The following week I get a call saying the bank didn't except the credit deal so they would have to find another finance company.  They did, but did it not the way it was supposed to be; they made my daughter 1st borrower and me co-signer.  My daughter called up the credit manager at Kia and told them that is not acceptable and she did not want it that way  The manager told her then the deal would raise the payments the other way and she said so what.  Then he said the deal may be cancelled she told him whatever, she did not want to be 1st signer on the loan.  Another week goes by still have not heard anyhthing on what they decided so I called them yesterday, the credit manager was not in.  My daughter called them today and the credit manager got into an argument with her and told her we will have to bring the car back and they are going to now charge us $25.00 a day for the 18 days we have had the car.  I have the car insured, have the plate, plus I gave them $1,275.00 down payment, that I have a feeling they are going to now keep.  I think this is shading business practices approving the credit that day, giving you the car and sending you on your way.  Then 18 days later saying you have to bring the car back threaten you with a daily fine for having it.  Is that how car dealers make money when they can't sell cars?

This Is Typical Of This Pondscum Dealership!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, October 17, 2015

This dealership as well as their related stores are nothing more than the sleaze of the Central Florida car business.  Their reputation is BOGUS, deceptive advertising and BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONEY FEES.  Check your paperwork.  They lied to you, plain and simple with the well known spot delivery scam.  I hope you saved all your paperwork in regards to the down payment.  You may need to take this slime to small claims court.  From this point on, you have a mission...to tell everybody you know about this dealership trash.  Again check your paperwork and find the $700-$1000 add on BOGUS fee which is one of their specialties.
