OSP Communications recently frauduently charged my AT&T telephone bill, with the assistance of the billing company, the Billing Resource, for a collect call to my DSL phone line (no phone attached). The alleged call was from Tuscon, AZ - 520-295-9836 (a disconnected phone number) for 14 minutes and the total charge was $20.20.
OSP Communications LLC appears to be a Nevada limited liability company. According to the Nevada Secretary of State, its registered agent for service of process (i.e. sending notice of a lawsuit) is Business Filings Incorporated, located at 6100 Neil Rd, Suite 500, Reno, NV 89511.
According to the NV Secretary of State, the Managing Member (a/k/a CEO) of OSP Communications LLC is: John G. Vogel, 701 N. Green Valley Parkway #200, Henderson, NV 89074.
