On the 8/04/08 Telephone bill, there was billed a collect call from Las Vegas NV.for a charge of $20.20 that was not made.

I am paying my Mother's phone bill, for she is 100 yrs old, and she lives in Queens,NY. and I Rafael R lives in Hawley PA. and am in charge of her phone bill.

This collect call that they charged never happened.
