Our Cute Babies, LLC took my money without rendering the items i purchased!!!

I entered my son into their "free" baby photo contest. My son won. I paid for (2) magazines to be mailed to me.  I also paid an additional $6.95 to enter him for a chance to win a cover page shot. He won. So per their rules we would receive an additional 3rd magazine for FREE. On September 4, 2013 I paid the money, emailed them the proof pages as well as sent them my shipping address.  There website specifically stated that if paying through paypal and the ship to address was different than the paypal address to email them. I did! that day!

October 20th the magazines were supposed to be shipped or somewhere around there. Everyday I anxiously waited for the magazines to come; one had been purchased by a family member who was expecting it. On November 8th I still had not received the magazine. Mind you I had been asking since October 25th on the site's forum list to see when to expect them. Got zero response from the administrators on the group. So, on November 8th I finally got a response. The admin stated that they had been mailed and I  was sent a tracking email with the ship to information. Complete lie. I never received any such email. She adivsed that the magazines had been shipped to the wrong address than what I had specified per there instructions.

Then she questioned who lived there? Why would they sign for it? Accused me of waiting 3 weeks to tell her of my address change. Which I did not and have the proof emails to back it up. I advised to her that I did not know who lived there it was an apartment I lived in before I bought my home and that my paypal address had not changed since I moved because it was the first purchase I had made since moving. (none of her business either way; i followed the instructions from their website.)

So, I then private messaged her (the admin).  I felt like it was a mistake, look past it, send me the magazines my son won and paid for and we would be done with it. No big deal. Not the case......

I emailed both their support and members email accounts with zero response....

Posted on the forum wall......no response after the above comment was made and then  my comments were deleted all together from the forum.

I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted paypal.  Paypal advised for me to call the bank and dispute the payment and that since there were so many disputes on their paypal account that they would be closing it down. I am sure that wont stop them; as they will use another admins name to collect parent's money.

I do not think they are soley out to scam people; but their solution to a customer service problem because of THEIR MISTAKE is to ignore and delete.

Now they have deleted me from the website all together. Never once did I get rude, disresepectful, use foul language etc. I simply would not back down and they didnt like that.

I do not recommend parents use this site as they are rude and have no idea how to run a business........
