I was really looking forward to having my son's newborn photos on the hospital's website for all of my friends and family to see, just like all of my friends have done.  I signed the consent form and even spoke with a nurse about how interested I was in having Our365 photograph my son at the hospital.

I assumed photos were done in the nursery after I signed the consent form because I've never done this before and no one came in the room.  After a week of not hearing anything, I learned that they simply FORGOT to photograph my son.  How does a company that's constantly complaining lack of profit from local hospitals FORGET?

They offered to reschedule the photo at the hospital, which means I have to schlep my son 45 minutes back to the hospital for their convenience.  But, every day they call and cancel because they're too busy.  My son's two weeks old now, so I booked a session with a private photographer.  I'm still really disappointed, but looking at Our365's c**p on the hospital website, I'll probably get a better product going somewhere else. You would think that having screwed up as badly as they did, Our365 could try to knock themselves out to make up for their mistake.  Perhaps come to my house or offer a discount.  Alas, customer service is dead.

And just to vent, my spouse and I are professionals with big, fat six-figure salaries.  I have a BIG family all over the world and would have dropped $1000 on these photos without even blinking. (I'll probably pay the private guy way more, I'm so mad at this point I don't care.) I'm going to make sure all of my other professional friends take their big, fat six-figure salaries to the private photographer I've hired.  I hope Our365 goes out of business.
