As a part of an email campaign services they were supposed to update my social media. Since they couldn't connect to it nothing was done for months but they've been charging me for the service ever since.

I was told an email was sent a few months ago about it. I didn't get it and no one in their office bother to call and follow up.

So I'd sent them an email asking why were they charging me all this time. They never gave me a straight answer
