We went to www.outdoorgardenfurniture.net and ordered several items; 3 Black Gold Coco Blend Potting Soil, 2 Black Gold Earth Worm Castings, 2 Clay Glowing Pebbles, 1 Ergonomic digging trowel with cushioned grip, and 10 Boss Cocogro Premium Soilless Organic Grow Media. The final total was $102.10, while we only got approx. $57.35. They took the order, they then took the money out of our bank account, under the name internet commerce. Then when the order got here, we only got the clay glowings pebbles, the digging trowel and the soilles organic grow media, but not the Potting Soil and the Earth Worm Castings.

On the bottom of our receipt (printed off from the internet is the address:

On the bottom of the packing slip (small line) that said "We no longer carry this item." Which is a misrepresentation of the website by selling an item they don't have. If they no longer carry this item, they should've taken it off the website and not have taken the order and the money.

Also, when we try to contact them, our emails are sent back, and our phone calls are not accepted because of their voicemail is full, "If you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call our dedicated customer service at 1-801-486-4156 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return." We were trying to grow the thousand pound pumpkin but they screwed that up.
