I was sold a time share introduction package at ProBass Ft Lauderdale store.  We were told we could stay at any of the group's resorts and use thier facilities with no black out dates.  We were also told we could also stay at area hotels in the program at a lower cost near the resorts and use the facilities of the resort.  During the store presentation we were shown maps, photos, etc  representing a resort we were interested in.  I specifically told the sales person I was interested in one particular location and wanted to bring my boat or rent one of thiers for fishing.

When I returned home and started to search the web sites, a lot of the stuff I was shown was not on line and were not included in the package of printed material I was given.

I started to try to plan to use the package this coming October.  My first call was the marina to check on boat rentals and learned that the busy season is over by end Oct.  Weather turns cold then.

I called the phone number to try to book during Oct, but was then told there were no openings but I could stay at an area holtel, but that the resort facilities were not open to my use, including renting a boat.  What good is visiting a Resort Time Share if you are not allowd to use the facilities. 

I am currently trying to worrk out a solution with the company.  They can get me a room on the resort on a weekend at a higher rate which I had expected, but now they have a problem that they do not have the required Time Share presentation on those dates.  So I am currently in a Catch 22 situation waiting to hear from them how they can solve this issue.

I definately expected more truthfull information from a ProBass sponsered property and time share salesman.
