Outdoor Travler/Blue Green Resorts Sold in Bass Pro Shops COmplete Rip Off/Waste of Time dealing with this company Branson, Missouri Internet

 We bought a $99 package inside of Bass Pro Shops in Branson, MO while on vacation and was promised a weekend getaway to be used labor day weekened in the smoky mtns of tn; however, when i called to reserve, you have to have a weekday arrival or pay $50 more, then you are in a motel room, not their resort.....then they could put you in a resort they use called eagle ridge resort but their cabins are full (they wasn't i checked online) but could but you in a 2br condo; however when blue green provided me the website to look at the resort, no condo's listed, i called the resort and they do not have condos at all, i informed them of this company and they said they have no dealings with this. i called back to talk to Nigel and he would not answer but showed that we had booked a package, when i dealt with ryan in customer service he kept trying to insist of my reservations and stay until i demanded to speak to a supervisor and advise that i will be contacting the attorney general's office in my state at which time he said he refunded my card but when i asked for an email confirming this, he had no way to do that, bs...so upset and cheated!!!! complete fraud...too good to be true, got burnt on this bad.
