OutdoorCooking.com Misleading Customer Hyde Park Utah
Thanks for cancelling the order for the 5th time. I actually called your customer service department after the third cancellation and your service department assured me that the product order would be fulfilled since it was apparently out of stock and the order was now being processed since it was now in stock. I contacted Walmart and they stated that in fact this order would be cancelled since you would not honor the price you advertised on their website. Seriously because you now want $9.99 for this item and you were offering it for $8.99 you feel that it is more important to mislead a customer for a whole $1.00. Also I realize that Walmart claims that you will respond to this message with one business day but I do not expect a response since I never got a response from the previous inquiry on the original order. Hopefully Walmart is more ethical and removes your company from falsely advertising on their website. I wish that this could be posted for other customers to review so they avoid organization like OutdoorCooking.com.
