After several attempts to contact the company through
their web based email page ( which apparently is the only way to contact them) I finally received this email from Mr. Andrews on 05/7/08.

The UPS tracking number for your order is: 1Z2131890348836241. It shipped on April 14th and UPS shows it delivered on April 16th and left at your front door. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if I need to start the claims process with UPS. Thanks.
