So law students see that www.outlinedepot.com is a website where they may find a suitable outline and maybe they can trade in their outlines for probably what appears to be  the one that you want.

However, they do not believe in fair dealing and good faith transactions. They take your outline and do not respond back even if you write to them.

You may find that you are not even in a position to withdraw your outline once submitted.

Further, it does not become apparent from the first look but if one visits the site twice, one may realize that no contact information is available and one person by the name Michael Gold who appears to be the owner/operator of this LLC solicits people all over the net about exchanging the outlines but in reality forces them to buy them. Mostly this organization operates on deception and thievery.

I wrote to them many times and there was no response, my outline is shown to be awaiting review for over a week now and their is no response.

Please do not deal with such organizations and do not promote them as they are completely dishonest and aim to defraud law students.

After doing a research on the internet and reading other peoples opinions and reviews, one can easily confirm on the practices of the company. There are several incidents reported by various people and sometimes they have even cheated people who had paid money to procure outlines.

Let's not promote them and pledge not to use their services.

The corporation replied and in terms of their response, I do not think my allegations stand true completely and I would like to withdraw all my posts and apologize to the corporation if it has in some way hurt its reputation.

I would like to tone down some of the contents of my previous report.

I would like to withdraw some statements made in my report

"Michael Gold who appears to be the owner/operator of this LLC solicits people all over the net about exchanging the outlines but in reality forces them to buy them."

instead 

Michael Gold solicits people about exchanging the outlines but delay as evident in my case leads me to draw an inference that they do not wish for me to exchange an outline. 



Mostly this organization operates on deception and thievery.

instead

the approach is one that reasonably leads one to believe that they have a dishonest intention.



they have even cheated people who had paid money to procure outlines.

instead

their conduct is highly doubtful and their practices are below average.



I withdraw very harsh words such as deception, thievery and cheating as I do not have sufficient evidence to support the same at this point and my honest belief unsupported by relevant information does not seem the right approach. 

I apologize for  hard words and at the same time reserve the right to study the situation and will respond appropriately and update the information with sufficient justifiable information.
