Outrageous Mastery LLC Satisfaction gurantee not honored , Internet

 Website says Satisfaction Gurantee but they refused to refund me when I was very unsatisfied.This ebook was very disappointing. It was not at all as advertised and instead is used as a means to upsell people to buy other books and provided nothing in the way of techniques as advertised.In order to learn the "techniques" you have to buy book 2 and the playbook for over $100. I did not know this when I bought the ebook or I would'nt have wasted my money.I also was unaware that the words "satisfcation gurantee" did not apply to the ebook I purchased but only to the other more expensive books. It is very misleading and very deceptive and certainly not worth paying any amount for. I requested a refund and was denied and am very upset. I can  not believe I paid my hard earned money for a book that I learned  nothing from and is only used as a way to upsell to people.I feel if they wish to use this book for that purpose it should be free or at least explained before hand on the website. I am disputing with my credit card and have also reported them to the BBB. Very deceptive and misleading.DONT BUY THIS BOOK!!
