Purchased two products from Lumaglow on May 6, 2017 on 30 days free trial bases at that time I only had to pay for shipping and handling which was $4.95 for each product.  This was an online purchase and I authorized the charge via of my debit card.  However, and May 8, 2017 I checked my checking account and found I was billed additional charges one for $33.90 and one for $38.90.  I thought this was an oversight and planned to call the company as soon as I could.  On May 12, 2017 lo and behold I recieved four products inside one package.  Two products from Oveena and two from Lumaglow. 

No were in their website indicated that I am obliaged to purchase any additional items to take advantage of their offer.  Nor, did I request these additional products for purchase whatsoever.  To say the least the charges did not stop there.  On May 26, 2017 I noticed two strange charges on my account.  One $89.41 and one for $94.94.  I immediately call my bank, the representative confirms the $89.41 from a company named Deglow phone number 1-855-218-0279, and another company named Kssl Flawless Youth, who billed me $94,94, phone number 1-855-828-7472.  Obviously, I never heard of Deglow or Flawless Youth.

On May 30, 2017 I called Oveena and cancelled my subscription to both them and Lumaglow and requested a refund for the $89.41 and the $94.94.  At that point I recieved no other products from either of these companies.  I thought that was strange since they charge me almost $200.00 on my account.  After waiting a couple of weeks, I called them again and explained I did no recieved any more products for the additional charges on my account, and wanted to know what do I need to do to have those charges refunded.  The rep informed me there were no other products being shipped, and my money will not be refunded.

Basically, she told me I just paid $267.05 for the same four products.  The told me my money could not be refunded for the products I did not request because the accounts are already cancelled, there was nothing more she could do, as for the products I did request nothing will be refunded because I had 14 free trial not 30 days and that I cannot return them because the accounts are closed, regardless of the fact they are full bottles.  She flat out told me no portion of my money will be refunded under no circumstances.  Also the rep kept repeating they are only third party company that I should contact the Oveena company itself for help.  However, when I asked for Oveena's phone number she referred me to Cscallcenter.com.

I did a little research on my own and found several different website for Oveena and Lumaglow with offers from numerous other companies.  I also noticed some websites said 30 days free trial offer and other were for only 14 days.  Also, there is are some sites that say 14-18 days free trial.  I questioned the rep about this, since my request to cancel was exactly 18 days after receipt of product and she explained that included the four days to ship the product and 14 days are the actually free trial.

My dispute with that is how can a free trial period begin before recieve the product.  I have never heard of a free trial starting with the time the product was mailed to the consumer. At that time I was only requesting a refund for the charges made on my account on May 26, 2017.  However, bad experience and unsatisfactory service with this company I am requesting a full refund.  First of all,  I am questioning the different company names for these charges, and I have believe if a customer is not satisfied with a product there should be some way that customer can have their funds reimbursed, some funds if not all, this company is telling me satisfied or not, they are not refunding any portion of my money whether of not I return the product to them.
