Overnight Moving & Storage This company picked up my children's items on February 21, 2011 and have been given me the round around ever since. I gave them the amount deposit into the companies account and told them I have the Woodland Hillis, California

the company overnight moving and storage in woodland hills, california has been the most stressful experience i have ever had to deal with in my entire life and that includes child birth.  they had me deposit $1900.00 dollars into their account on february 24, 2011 and said that it would only take 7 to 14 days for my children's items to get from california to florida.  then they told me that i owe $900.00 more dollars when the driver get to florida.  i agree to everything but still no items deliver.  they won't even return my calls.  i'm going to make a police report because that is what i and the law consider theft.  times is rough but for them to try a take from people because of the needs to move is just sinful.  i know next time is to just rent a truck and drive myself.  is there any federal law that can protect the consumer's right.  if these companies knew they could go to jail they would think twice about it.  i am willing to go all the way so that this and others can not treat people this way.  its against the law and we have rights.  is this america or ????  I am going to write washington regarding this matter and i am not going to stop writing until i'm heard.
