Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I ordered an paid for the delivery. The flowers never got delivered. The were happy to take my money but did not carry out the delivery. Very annoyed that they have no phone contact. noneone should use this company !!

Out of all fairness to the company, the flowers were eventually delivered 2 days late.

I am pleased that they made the effort to make this happen (unexpected)

I guess I need to explain to some that havent grown up yet. Of course international flower companies order through the local shops according to where in the world the recipient lives. Its not rocket science!

You need to research....all what you said is what I would expect from a child. THERE S NO CONTACT NUMBER they are hosted by Godaddycom and looks like they are centered in China. However they have now replied to my emails and are investigating.

What's their phone #, I will call them. But first what service do they provide? Do they actually fly the flowers overseas or do they just make a phone call for you to the closest flower shop of the recipient. AND WHY CAN'T YOU DO THAT YOURSELF. IT'S CALLED GOOGLE.
