Overstock.com charged for items i did not receive ripoff Salt Lake City utah

On January 19,2005 I went online to Overstock.com for my first time.I purchased 3 items,a cordless shaver,a Panasonic expandable 5.8 Ghz answering system,and a Giga range cordless handset.

On 1/22/05 i received the shaver.

On 1/25/05 I received the 5.8Ghz answering system .I did not receive the Giga range cordless handset Which i had order to make the system complete. On the invoice on 1/25/05 it showed two items shipped but i only received the item.

I returned the phone system to Overstock in the same box in which it was shipped to me. I taped the return label overtop of their shipping label in a way so that they could see that it was the same package that they had sent and the box was not large enough for more than 0ne item in the box .

At this point they have charged me American Express $74.99 for a phone that i did not get.
