I ordered an important daily health supplement for my dogs. It never came and when I complained, Ovestockcom would email me that they were so glad they could be of help (after doing nothing) and that the matter was closed. They would not follow up with the carrier to find my order and kept tellling me it was out for delivery that day. This happened numerous times. Finally, UPS informed them that the item was gone and that they needed to file a claim and handle the matter for the customer. Overstock.com, after many more emails in which they said the matter was closed, finally agreed to give me a full refund on my VISA. When I checked with the VISA, they had only given me half of the refund and have not even answered my email in which I demanded the rest of the refund. I don't know if they put it on their store credit, which I do not want, as I refuse to do further business with them, or whether they just intend to get away with cheating me. I want the full refund which is $47 and change. I received $27. I want the rest of the refund on my VISA as promised and I want it now. I have had to pay another entity for the item as my dogs have been without this medication now for quite some time.

I tried to esolve this one more time via their chat line. I had received an instore credit of 20 dollars from a previous bad transaction where they had sent me a defective piece of junk instead of what was advertised and shown on the site. I asked for a refund. Instead they gave me an instore credit of 20 dollars when I asked for the refund on my visa, which is how i aid for it. they ignored me.
Now that this latest order was never received, I asked for a full refund on my visa to include the 20 dollars. I did not want it on an instore credit because i no longer want to buy from this crooked company. they have given me a runaround and will not give me the 20 dollars back. twice, the chat person just disconnected the chat and the third one said there was nothing she could do except send me an invoice. That doesn't even make any sense!
