My initial report is short and I will follow up or comment more. The basic idea is that they bait people with strange prices that are too low. Then they describe cameras that you would not want. They put you on hold and get their boss, the owner, on the other line while you cannot hear what they are saying. They make a plan for how to confuse you and get you to buy a far more expensive camera that is almost like what you want so badly but might cost one or two thousand dollars more. it becomes emotional and they possible charge the extra thousand and give you a grey market camera. They also do not allow you to see a real receipt. There will be no itemized receipt. You will never know what you paid for the item itself of what serial number it is. They sell you extra goodies that price out at maybe 200 each. The owner uses stooges as phone voices who operate from basically secret locations around the country. Wherever they are, you hear their first name and they put you on hold. He, Reggie I think he is, lives in the New York area and sounds gruff on the phone and plainly admits he is is in this to make money. He makes you out to be annoying (to him) and fool to question such a business model. In the end he is humiliating, does not want to know your problems, and leaves you feeling like a fool. He claims that he gets these camera in boxes from Japan. He needs to put his rear end in a box and ship himself back to japan to live. In other words, it really hurts to think that no one even cares. I recommend all police officers to buy from old Reggie. That is what really needs to happen and I hope it does. This clown ought to be trying on stripped shirts and ordering bags of birdseed for his window sill.
