Owcen ripoff had a property listed on their site. had a simultaneous offer closing date of 5-22-05 closed it on 5-14-05 Leland Ohio nationwide

I went to NC to look at property. I found one I really liked & made a full price offer. Was told 2 days later that their was a full price cash offer by an investor on the property. According to their site the simultaneous closing date was May 22,2005. They closed it early & removed the listing from their site. We were told that they was going to accept the full cash offer even though we had also made full price offer.

I hope that somebody can stop these people from their illeagle tactics.
