and ocean loan took over our loan a few years ago since then we have gotten letters that our mortgage payments weren't made or that we owe more that the amount the house was purchased for and the numbers always differ from agent to agent sometimes for more than 20,000 dollars more than we bought the house for now we have a person that would like to do a loan transfer on the property going through them and taking it out of our names we have been trying for two months to do this so finally my husband told them they wouldn't get another payment till they do there jobs yesterday we were served will foreclosure papers we only owe them 2100 for payment I personally know of people that haven't paid them in over a year and still have their home and owe over 6000 to them just don't know what to do anymore in need of desperate help
