Owen Wrongful foreclosure/ breech of contract West palm beach, Florida

Hello Ocwen Sufferers!

I have not written about my report for almost a year. You may ask why? 1. Attorney Generals Office ( O.F.I.R.) Dept. of Michigan. Only mediators between yourself and the Ombudsman of Currency for Ocwen. Helpful a little but NO RESULTS!! After a year of mediation and lying on behalf of Ocwen. 2. Attorney ( mine) a lot of $ later and a filing of motion of lawsuit against Ocwen for Breech of Contract/wrongful foreclosure ( December 18, 2012), no response what so ever from many mailed Qualified Written Request to all involved, including: Ocwen in Florida, Trott &Trott Atty's for Ocwen located in Mi., And last but not least Freddie Mac Offices in Virginia. No RESPONSE !!! Against R.E.S.P.A. Act 12. Which I' m entitled to by LAW. 3. Bankruptcy!!! WHY? Because of Ocwens broken contract.

So after a year in a half of STRESS,DEPRESSION, and Constant WORRY!!! This is where I'm at now. There is no easy way to handle any of this you just have to FIGHT,FIGHT,& FIGHT some more, a lot of studying Of your own State Laws and all the loop holes include ( which takes about 40 hrs. A week) yes, it becomes your full time job if you want to save your home and it's not a guarantee you'll end up with it in the end. You need to follow up daily to your Attorney Generals Office & Servicing Co. Whether you like it or not., keep a log of every call,person you spoke with,date and time. At ALL TIMES.

You must retain an Attorney and file a Motion of Lawsuit. As in my case, I also filed a judgement to extend my redemption period after my wrongful foreclosure and Sheriff Sale ( Humiliation) and yes you will feel it no matter what because you have to air all of your personal info. To everyone.

Last but not least PRAY, PRAY and more Prayer is needed for go direction to proceed if your strong enough. Please all of you must research call all your local newspapers and see if someone will listen, write to your congress person over and over again. Yes, this sucks but you have to be heard to be taken seriously. Call HOPENOW and see if you can get assistance. Remember all cases are based on Individual Circumstances!!!

DO NOT waste your time crying for a Class Action Lawsuit, if any Attorney accepts this you'll receive pennies at the end. Try for a Consolidated Lawsuit, which if you can find 8/10 homeowners in whiere you reside with the same Servicing Co. Do the same unlawful practices you'll be better off.

I would also like to personally thank CARLYN McCABE,CARL in Sacremento, and the many more that I personally spoke with and for their help as to get started with this extremely awful process. I would like to thank Ed and his website if this didn't exist I wouldn't have been able to get started.

Now it is a waiting game to find out if we go to court and what date or if we can come to a resolution with Ocwen. I pray we come to a resolution but with what I'm reading from Mandleman Matters and Ms. Rush ( which I am in no way advertising for or being compensated in any way from either) but if you look them up all the info you'll need will be there to help you through. You may not like what they say but it is TRUTHFUL!! They have been through it themselves and are advocates for what us Home Owners are being put through. Remember your Banks and Servicers are being paid from your foreclosures .10$ on every 1.00$ that is foreclosed on along with Insurance $ for you foreclosing, Bail outs, and last the Equity they' ll receive from re-selling your wrongful foreclosed upon property. The Banks get paid at least 4x's on ea. property. WOW!! Great investment on their side so why help out the HOMEOWNER????? They make a lot of $$$$$ from screwing us over. you have to be strong and do not let them STEAL from you. All of this is criminal but not criminal enough for the F.B.I. To go after. Trust me I called my F.B.I. office already. These cases are considered CIVIL CASES and have to be fought Indiviually.

Whether or not I win my case or come to a resolution with Ocwen or Freddie Mac I know I stood up as an AMERICAN!!! And fought for my rights!!!! We need to restore HUMANITY and JUSTICE somehow!!! Please do not give in no matter what, if you roll over and play dead this will never END.
