Do not buy a property in Pahrump, NV with Owner Financing. They ask for around 3,000 or more for down payment for the property and 300 or more per month for 20 years. If u are late 1 day most take it back. Most of the properties for Owner Financing in Pahrump NV have been bought at the tax auction for the price of the down payment. If you are a day late they
take the property back and u have lost your down payment and most hope u have done some improvements. The more people buy a property and do more improvements the better for the owners. In Pahrump, NV beware of all
Owner Financing properties. I guess asking 4,000 down and 300 a month for 20 years for a property that is only worth 15,000, is ok with them. Most properties in Pahrump NV with owner financing are dirty and they are hoping u move in and clean it up for them and then they find a way to kick u out. Most hope you are a day late after that so they can do the
same thing over again.
Please stay away from OWC Properties in Pahrump, NV. I do not want to see others get ripped off by the ones in Pahrump
NV who are doing this. In Pahrump NV most should stay away from all owner financing for homes and land. The OWC is hard money with very high interest rates and most have it is u are one day late they get the property back. They love to pray on the poor and the more times they sell a property for 3,000 or more down and u are late on a payment and do the same over and over again a nice scam for them. The more who buy a property and do little improvements the better off they are. The OWC in Parhump NV is not good at all and many are doing this. DO NOT FALL PRAY TO ANY OWNER FINANCING SCAMS IN PAHRUMP NV for land or homes. Work on your credit and buy on your own and in long run u will not get scamed by the ones who are doing this in Pahrump NV.
