Ownerwiz.com promises to finance a home for you so one no longer has to rent.  They promise that you can be in your own home and that they have investors and good credit scores are needed.  They say all you need to do is sign up at www.ultraforeclosures.com,  pick homes you want from their list and then email the listing numbers and addresses of the homes to Ownerwiz.

Once you do as they direct you to do, then Ownerwiz does not respond back as they want the 7 day trail period on Ultraforeclosures.com to expire and then you get charged $40.00 a month on your credit card by Ultraforeclosure.com.  I keep emailing them and got nothing but delays and automated emails that says your email is not a priority.  After about two months when I called them a scam, I got a phone call saying how busy they were and they were working on my case.  This company does not help anyone find a home!  All they do is get a kickback as an affiliate for sending suckers to Ultraforeclosure.com    I contacted Ultraforeclosure to let them know that Ownerwiz.com is making false promises that if they sign up on Ultraforeclsoure that Ownerwiz will find them a  home to own.  While Ultraforeclosure would never admit that Ownerwiz is an Affliate, they did not deny it. Ownerwiz is a fraudulent company that only makes money by collecting affliate payments. They are a FRAUD! The FBI should take them down off the website and Ultraforeclosures should drop they as an Affliate if they want to maintain their reputation and disassociate themselves with Ownerwiz scams. Shame on you Ownerwiz for taking advantage of poor people trying to find help so they can own a home.  Hope you rot in hell!

ownerwiz scam

AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, January 12, 2013

I just bought a credit report off of them for a dollar and after, they sent me to another web site to buy another credit report and be charged again.

I just got a new credit card from my bank now I have to go and cancel it for the second time.
I already canceled it once because of the pathetic low lives on the web who rip people off.

Now I have to do it again for the same reason so some low life don't get my 40 dollars a month with out my permission and give me nothing in return. This is not only very frustrating but also very sad.
Sorry for all the people out there who have to keep deal with these bums.
