I called about an apartment listed by agent Emre Yucel at 525 east 72nd which was well below similar apartments market prices. It had no pictures or floor plans. They were unable to show it but were able to show numerous other apartments. When pressed it was clear it was a fake listing to bring in prospective clients. It is typical of these guys to use this bait and switch. Do not trust them.
