Ozline Shopping I ordered a new office chair.It arrived with scratch marks and a hole in the armrest.I tried contacting them several times and when they responded to me they said they would get back to me in 24/48 hrs. Over one week passed and still no return email.I wrote to them and still no reply untill a few days later.They put the blame on their warehouse not getting back to them.They offered me a 5% discount or said, perhaps you can patch it up or just stick it down with heavy duty similar coloured masking tape. What a joke that is.They are meant to be a business and there doing this to their customers. The package arrived in a poor state also and I have photos to prove it.I will never buy from these ripp offs again and strongly suggest if you want to purchase you really do your homework or look elsewhere.
