P and L property management NEVER RENT FROM THEM. Summerville, South Carolina

I lived there for a year and the ceo of the company stalked me. she drove past my house EVERYDAY. she once told me "this is why i dont rent to trash". i had to call the cops on her. she showed up at my door screaming in my face atleast 6 different times.

she charged me boogus charges 150 dollars here and there. "dust on the fan" "dust on the blinds" "parking in the yard". My best friends father passed away and a friend came to pick me up to take me to the house to meet my best friend and pulled into the front yard and walked in to get me. The CEO "happened to be driving by" and pulled in my driveway, yelled at us, and threatened to get her car towed. I asked her to leave numerous times and she said she wasn't going anywhere when i told her i had just called the cops she took off. Another occasion my friends came to visit and when they left she followed him until he pulled into a mcdonalds to call the cops. When the cops arrived she had also called and said HE was following her when there was a witness to the whole thing.

when i moved out i left the house in better condition then when i moved in and i asked for my deposit back and the first phone call she said she was writing the check, the second phone call she didn't know what i was talking about, the third phone call she just yelled and hung up. According to state law, if I dont receive a letter within 20 days of my move out date stating why I wasn't receiving my deposit in full the after the 30 days you have to pay in full. Ii NEVER recieved my 900 dollar deposit.

She's a scam artist to the fullest and nobody should ever, ever, EVER rent from them.
