P & S Transmission (John) ripoff-LIAR AND A THIEF Menifee California

John the owner of P& S Transmission lies to get your business, we took him our truck in Sept-2003 he said we would have it back in 4 days finished but we had to wait for 3 weeks to get it back due to all his excuses, then our truck transmission went out again on Dec. 31 2003 we took it back on Jan.5,04 and he kept telling us that the transmission had trash in the govoner and he was fixing it by flushing it out, he gave it back to us in the first week of February and it was not fixed so we called John and told him to have this truck towed back to his shop and he sent a tow truck on his $$$ and then he tore down the transmission, and so called rebuilt it but we picked it up on 2-20-04 and here is the kicker we now have no OVERDRIVE and you cannot drive this truck on the freeway, we called John and told him we are bringing back the truck we did he got rude and was fighting verbly with us and told us we have to make an appointment to bring it back so we took it back yesterday 2-25-04 and he said he will call us tonight and let us know when it will be ready but he did not call and we paid him $1,695 upfront, then he told us this won't be a patch job, so this makes me belive that he just patched our transmission to try and get it to last past the warrantee of 12000 miles or 12 months what ever comes first and now that he has to rebuild the trans again he is not going to redo the warrantee so we only have 4000 miles left... I'm going to try and force him legally to redo the warrantee, if the transmission is not right this time our only option at this point is to sue him..... DO NOT GO TO P & S TRANSMISSION
