I cancelled service 12 years ago with PacBell, now Cingular wireless. I was assured at that time that no cancellation charge would apply. I just received a bill from Professional Collection Consultants for $1,931.85. This bill should never had been outstanding as they promised no fee would be charged. This account is over 12 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest you file a complaint with the attorney general. This company has veru unscrupulous business tactics and ethics in doing business. They intentionally violate the calif and federal laws regarding credit collection practices and law
