Professional Compliance Examiners aka PACE, LLC and Douglas Rian and Elizabeth Jacobson are frauds and they will steal your money. Do not do business with them. they are operating illegally and they are completely incompetent.
Additionally, Douglas Rian claims to have a masters degree but he barely finished high school. he does not have any college degree [I contacted the registrars office at the university of Maryland and they confirmed that he never even went to college there like he claimed]
Elizabeth Jacobson is a FRAUD she is operating illegally and gives legal advise to homeowners despite not even having any legal education.
Professional Compliance Examiners aka PACE, LLC and Douglas Rian and Elizabeth Jacobson are frauds and they will steal your money. Do not do business with them. they are operating illegally and they are completely incompetent.

This ripoffreport website is a very inappropriate medium for persons to voice personal attacks on people or businesses and it should never be trusted for accurate information on persons/businesses because it is primarily anonymous and uncensored.
Douglas Rian Elizabeth Jacobson and PACE, LLC, were unfairly attacked inthis rant as was CFLA and its members, officers, and employees.
The individuals referenced above are very passionate people who truly want to help homeowners in foreclosure.
They do good work, and make an effort to be (1) Honest, (2) Fair, and (3) Reasonable.
To call them LIARS, FRAUD, CHEATERS, etc, is in appropriate.
I hope they can develop themselves into a successful business. They are smart people!

Hate can not drive out Hate, only Love can do that."
PACE, LLC is a good company if you are a homeowner in foreclosure and need help. I would recommend them to you as i have done before and willdo henceforth!
