 Upon cleaning up we discovered there was mold under the sink in both bathrooms she claims it was from a leak that never happened. Also she will not get anything fixed and will make you pay for it. People are the Colony warned us of how Marsha will make claims that aren't true to keep your money. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM HER! OWNERS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP TENANTS DO NOT LET MARSHA BARRON management your property!

I recently moved out of a property managed by Marsha Barron. I was never late on a rent and left the house clean. Marsha will try to make up a case to keep you deposit..

May 2016- The garage door got off track, I reported it to Marsha Barron (remind you I had just moved in) she accused me of "hitting" it with my truck which was untrue, and once she had a professional out she was proved wrong

July 2016- The dishwasher would not come on, I reported it to Marsha Barron, she would not let the maintainence in but went in to assess it herself, she lied and said she found "debris" in it and that she cut her finger.. She never cut her finger, was being supervised the whole time my a family member. I called an appliance company who informed my that the circuit in the breaker box was the issue not the Dishwasher or anything that I had done... 

Upon receiving my keys the grass was not cut, the microwave door handle was hanging off, the house was dusty.. Marsha never did a walk through

Upon moving out I clean the home and discovered "mold" underneath both bathroom sinks. 

She will make up lies to keep your money, DO NOT RENT FROM HER! Or allow her to management your properties!
