Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This company dispatches Heating & Air Conditioning companies to do work for them. I was one such company back in July of 2010. I sent them an invoice for the work and they refuse to pay. The accounts payable department won't even answer the phone to discuss the issue.
My advise to any Company getting a call from Pacific Air is to hang up and count your blessings!
They are a very unproffessional company!

We do not know this vendor, however, we regret they were not successful in establishing a relation with us. The single invoice must meet the Terms of our Purchase Order in order for payment process.
We ask this Vendor to contact us, if help is needed, and ask for Vendor Management.
We are more than wiling to assist and correct this process.
