Pacific Air HVAC Priceline payments took 3+ months, underpaid invoices by hundreds of dollars and also required us to pay 12% marketing fee to do work for them!! CROOKS!! Roseville, California

We made the mistake of doing business with Pacific Air again under a new business name! Like so many others we did service work and found it extremely hard to collect on. All of our invoices were short paid and we could never get anyone on the phone. Like others on here, they tols me the AP lady quit so I had to speak with the AR lady who kept saying this isn't her department so she was trying to get me some answers but wasn't sure. It was a MESS and we will never do business with them again.

5 months to pay

The payments you remited took 5 months for us to receive them!! The 2 invoices were short paid by almost $80. Your terms are laid out and it's obvious by the reputation you have they are not clear as SEVERAL other people have reported your company as a RIP-OFF!!! I would never waste another second speaking with anyone in your company.

We do not know who this vendor is, but always regret when a vendor does not pay attention to the scope of work, or the Terms of our Purchase Order.  At times, this occurs, and we find ourselves unable to work with this vendor relation.

As we work with over 2500 Vendors on a routine basis, and since 1989, we have many who work well within our Terms.  We would welcome a phone call from this vendor, should they believe help is needed, just ask for Vendor Management.
