Pacific Coast Home Solutions Horrible Customer Service Anaheim, California

Be weary of this company not only is their staff extremely rude but liars at that. They called several times (cold calls) to ask if I wanted work done. I was originally interested but became sick and rescheduled. A bit later in the week one of the associates called me and said they have money they need to use by a deadline and if I allow them to they would like to use my home as a model to the products. He stressed the fact this would all be at zero cost to me. Their SB rep comes out and first thing he ask is what I was told. Sounded like this was a norm for him. He said even with the funds it would offset the cost by maybe 40%. We both did not want to waste time. I am not in a hurry to paint right now but figured I could use this company at a later date when I am ready to paint. Their VP then called me to say it was a quality check then proceeded to be very rude, very condescending and a outright smart *ss. When I told him you do not talk to customers like that he said customer implies I am purchasing their products. So guys I guess this company feels like potential customers down the road and worth of mouth do not matter to them even though they do not advertise. Btw PCHS there are many ways to imply free and no I am not stupid enough to confuse free estimate with no out of pocket. Everyone gives free estimates. Go learn customer service skills which you are greatly lacking. I cannot believe a company's VP could be so rude!!!!! Reporting to the BBB
