PG&E has no record of their illegally altered, switched and relocated utility poles throughout Fresno, CA. Therefore, despite witnesses and photographs, PG&E claims their poles were never altered/moved. Not only have I lived in the same place my entire 54 yrs, I SAW the group in action - they demanded I not contact PG&E, which cost me an additional $900 to my bill that month (2002?) They refer to themselves as "people watchers." Satellites. Trail of burglaries, ID theft, missing persons, forged deeds, forged insurance papers, illegal conversion of assets. Talk of illegal adoption and dismemberment of older children of "missing" parents. On and on and on.

According to L.O.G., a self-proclaimed member of the Aryan Brotherhood (known for robbing and killing), his daughter who is a local agent for the FBI, is involved in "high tech monitoring" of local residents, which allows L.O.G. to carry out his specialties. He says no one will ever figure it out. I believe evidence leads to RFID chips being implanted, which would explain his talk of a syringe. It would also explain the so-called "massages" of his associates - using forceful pressure in various areas as well as holding their victim's head down with 2 heavy-duty electric hand massagers as another associate enters the room and ???. It would explain their knowledge of various people's every move. What better way to monitor and seize control of identity, property and assets than implanting of tracking devices. Or do you have any other ideas?

With all the illegal re-wiring that accompanies this operation, I no longer doubt that our homes are being monitored entailing extreme violation of privacy, just as the "people watchers" boast of. There could be no other way to carry out the details associated with this operation.
