Ordered computer online May 26, they took the money straight out of my account right then and there. On June 10, no computer, no communications, so I emailed them. Said they had a backlog, computer would ship no later than June 14, and I would get email w/tracking info. June 24, no computer, no email, nothing. Sick and tired of this, have emailed again, waiting on reply or computer or refund or something. Poor business practices at best.
