Do not call your servicer again and do not pick up their calls  We can handle it from here once we get your payment. So I looked him up on the California Bar and Oregon Bar they have no such listing for an attorney

I looked up Pacific Law Center and although address was different they have been shut down for misconduct.  So now I am thinking he has an authorization to foreclose my house...  I have not sent him any money doubt I will unless I get a better idea of his credentials Thanks for the alert  Modification scams keep happening and I am not sure why. homeowners need assistance to get through the court maze
