I responded to an adveritisment seen by my children on the Nickelodeon and Disney channels for a talent search. After arriving at the audtion we were introduced to Brandy Gold from Talent Works and told that our children would be trying out for her. We were told that she was looking for children to represent.

After the auditon my children were told that they had done well and they might recieve a call back the next day. We did recieve the call back from Kathy Eisner. She told on the phone that Brandy Gold wanted to sign my children as a brother, sister team but that they needed a little more training and I would get this through Pacific Modeling and Acting Academy who had hosted this audition. Kathy Eisner also informed me that if I did not sign my children up that they would have to find another brother sister team.

I signed my children up. I was charge $5900.00 a piece for each child. I was told this would include modeling classes. I was also told that my children would attend an eight hour class once a month. I was concerned, it seem like a lot of money for once a month training. They assured me that the home work would be extensive.

When I got home from signing the children up I decided to research this company. I checked with the BBB and found that the company was so new there was not any information. I then called Talent Works and spoke with Mark Cline, Brandy Gold's assistant. I told him about this audition. He said that Brandy had not been there and that they did not have a children's division and had not had for several years.

I then wrote a letter canceling my classes because I felt that this was a scam. Kathy Eisner called me back and assured me that it was not. She offered to have Brandy Gold call me to put my mind at ease. I accepted the call from Brandy. After talking with her for a while I decided this might not be Brandy that I was actually talking with so I asked her if I could call her back. She agreed. I looked up Talent Works phone number and called. Mark Cline her assistant put me through. We continued the conversation and I new it was Brandy.

I asked Brandy if she remembered my children and she said yes. Brandy Gold could not say enough about the company and how good it was. I told her that I had just spent so much money that I could actually fly my children to LA and have them take private lesson. She assured me that it was not necessary. She said that my children would get the excellant training from Pacific Modeling and Acting Academy. She also informed me that she would not support or have her name on anything that was a scam or fraudulant

The classes began in March and continued through May. My children took it very serious. They did there home work regularly and practiced all of the time. They just new they were going to be on commercials. We spent an entire day having our photo shots done for the zed cards and head shots. I was told that my pictures were included in my package and there would be no hidden cost.

When the proofs came back, I had to pay another $760.00 for the printing of the pictures. I still have never recieved my pictures. I just wonder what they are doing with all of the videos and pictures they have taken of our children.

I have since checked into this company further. On the packet that I recieved the address for this company is listed as 4915 25th Avenu Northeast, Suite 104 West, Seattle, Washington 98105. I discovered that the business license is held in Seattle Washington with the business address listed in Santa Ana, California; the same as the one listed in the heading.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US TO STOP THIS MAN AND THIS COMPANY FROM CONTINUING TO ROB PEOPLE AND THEIR CHILDREN. THIS IS CRIMINAL AND THEY SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS.
