Pacific Monarch Resorts Odenza Marketing Group Promised Vacation Prizes - turned out to be a scam Encino, California

Pacific Monarch is a scam company. 

When I arrived there last night for the seminar they took my own paperwork away from me that I had printed out at home. 

When they gave me my (supposed) travel prizes I noticed the terms are not the same as described on their website or the material I printed.  They probably assume most people would not take the time to save this literature but I did.

The pamphlets for my supposed prize vacation options do not show their name anywhere on the printed material.  One company is called Odenza Marketing Group and the other only shows a web address: www.casablancaexpress.com.

They seem to have caught on to complaining customers so they have a policy now that you must send in a cashier's check or money order to activate your vacation prizes.  They explained that the fee is for Government taxes only.  Using the Government as their excuse dupes the public into believing the fee is legitimate.  If it was, why would I send them the money?  It does not make sense other than they are defrauding the public.

I believe they are engaging in the following illegal acts (at the least):

* FRAUD
* BREACH OF CONTRACT

Why BBB has given this company such s high rating is shocking!  Please review all the on-going complaints from others posted online.
